Sōzō Hôtel offers two meeting rooms with high-end facilities, tailor-made catering and a team at your beck and call.
Located at the garden level and soaked in daylight, the AYA room can host up to 15 people.
Located on the 1st floor and overlooking the chapel’s nave, the IKI room can host up to 10 people.

With a capacity of 15 people, the Aya lounge boasts a U-shaped layout comprising comfortable couches and cushions. The room boasts 4 large, flat-screens (1.5 m diagonally) that are interconnected and interactive, and can be controlled via smartphone or tablet. This way, you can partake in videoconferences, document presentations and note-taking with the greatest of ease.
Meanwhile, the Iki lounge can host up to 10 people. Just as design-oriented as the other lounge, it comes with a large television screen and a video projector.
The two lounges contain a DVD player, free WiFi, a Nespresso© machine, a paper flip chart, memo pads and pens.
Any other equipment will be provided upon request.
